Our Dual Seal Drain™ Basement Leak Detection & Prevention system consists of a drainage system designed to work with any existing basement drainage system or French Drain.

The Customer’s Water Alarm system can be used with the Dual Seal Drain™ to Alert You BEFORE Your Basement Gets Flooded
The Dual Seal Drain™ system is primarily used for water leak detection.
If monitors are placed on the Dual Seal Drain™ system and a basement wall, basement window or pipe leaks the sensors will alert you and point to the approximate location. Depending on where monitors are placed you can then investigate and address the leak. We recommend placing one of the two sensor options shown in the picture under every potential leak point and in every corner of your basement.
This is the first system of it’s kind in the industry, designed to allow contractors to finish a basement, while offering homeowners the peace-of-mind of knowing whenever a leak occurs in their basement.
The Dual Seal Drain™ system was developed to prevent basement flooding. This leak detection system, however, does not replace a full French drain system.
(The batteries in our water sensors can last about 4 to 5 years.)
